Day 1

Guwahati → Dirang

We pick you up from Guwahati and begin the drive towards Arunachal Pradesh, passing through Tezpur and the Koliya Bhumura Bridge. We stop at Nameri National Park and Bhalukpong, visiting the Tipi Orchidarium along the way. We continue through Tenga Valley and reach Dirang or Sangti Valley by evening. Overnight stay in Dirang Distance: Approx. 380 km

Dirang → Tawang via Sela Pass

We continue towards Tawang via Sela Pass (13,700 ft) and Sela Lake, stopping at Jaswant Garh War Memorial along the way. We reach Tawang by evening and check in. Overnight stay in Tawang Distance: Approx. 150 km

Bumla Pass, Madhuri Lake & PTSO Lake

We start early towards Bumla Pass (15,200 ft) at the Indo-China border. We continue to Madhuri Lake (Shonga-Tser Lake) and PTSO Lake before returning to Tawang. Overnight stay in Tawang

Tawang Local Sightseeing → Jang
